We are an approved vaccination provider for the COVID-19 vaccines, helping to provide COVID-19 immunisations for our local area and wider community.

Booking appointments

When it is your turn to get a COVID19 vaccine, you can call us on (08) 9402 1922 to book your appointments for all doses of the vaccine. You can also book on our website online, come into the clinic, or book through the COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Checker: https://covid-vaccine.healthdirect.gov.au/eligibility

Preparing for Vaccination

There are things you can do ahead of your COVID-19 vaccination to get ready and stay safe.

  • Make sure your Medicare details are correct.
  • Continue to practice good hygiene, physical distancing and adhere to local restrictions.
  • Understand how to isolate if you need to.
  • Check your current eligibility.
  • You have printed and completed the COVID vaccine consent form (copies available at reception for those without a printer)
  • You wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm for vaccination.
  • You have read the information on potential side effects of the vaccine and know how to report any side effects.
  • You have brought photo ID and a health summary from your usual clinic if you are new to our practice so we can assess your eligibility.
  • You have booked an appointment for your dose of the COVID-19 vaccination.
