We work on an appointment system and request you inform the receptionist if you require a long appointment to discuss more complex matters. Consultations such as insurance medicals, counselling, health reviews will require a long consultation. If family members require attention, please book separate appointments.
Telehealth consults are available for patients who have tested positive to Covid, have infectious symptoms and if the doctor has advised them to book telehealth for results. Fees may be applicable.

We will also cater for walk in patients. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the practice as early as possible.

Online bookings available through our website or via Health Engine.

We are a Mixed Billing practice. We offer Patients with a current concession card a discounted fee. Aged Pensioners, DVA patients and children under 16 are generally Bulk Billed. All other patients will incur a private fee. (Dr Wong does not Bulk Bill children).

Private fees are applicable after 5pm Monday-Friday and all-day Saturday. No Bulk Billing or discounts available at these time.

Please ask reception or refer to our consultation fee list.

There are certain appointments & procedures that will incur a private fee, please check with reception.

Payment is required on the day of the consultation and can be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card (excluding Diners or Amex). See more about our fees.

Emergencies are always given priority e.g.: chest pain, difficulty breathing or serious injuries.

If you suspect that you have an infectious disease or deteriorating symptom, please inform the reception staff on arrival. We may need to take extra precautions for you and the safety of others.

All test results are checked daily by the doctor, whilst we maintain a recall system it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to contact the practice to discuss results.
If the doctor wishes to see you to discuss your results, you will receive a phone call from one of our nurses to book an appointment. Alternatively, if the doctor has requested for a non-urgent follow up appointment you can expect to receive a text message or a letter requesting that you book an appointment. It is Practice Policy that results will not be given over the phone unless given by your GP in a Pre-Booked Telehealth appointment.

Standard consultation fees apply. Please make an appointment with the referring doctor to discuss your results.

For patients convenience we offer a recall service, this is done automatically unless we are advised otherwise. It is patients responsibility to keep note of future tests.
