Dr Nicole Afonso-Conradie is Internationally SCOPE Certified in Weight Management and has completed the Horizon Mentorship Program. In recognition of Dr Nicole’s advanced training, Dr Nicole has been acknowledged by the RACGP Specific Interests Group as having extended skills in obesity management. We are proud to now offer this specialised service to our community.
The clinic will incorporate a multidisciplinary approach to support safe, sustainable weight loss. The team will include:
- Practice Nurse
- Dietitian
- Physiotherapist
- Exercise Physiologist
Together, we work with you to achieve a healthy weight, improve wellbeing, and reduce your risk of chronic disease.
Fees:
- Initial appointment (40 minutes): $250, with a $125.10 Medicare rebate
- Follow-up appointment: $140 with a $84.90 Medicare rebate
- Further appointments are charged at Dr Nicole’s standard consultation rates
